Kigata Banko Ceramic 4 weeks Course Tuesday - 6 pm to 9 pm

week 1 - Create the form

you will prepare clay for Kigata Banko using old technique with Kaki Shibu paper.

Create lid of the teapot and pair of cups.

week 2 - Create body of teapot

with my guidance you will learn to shape the teapot body using Japanse Puzzled wooden mold.

week 3 - Decorate (Glazing)

the exciting part of the process is adding the finishing touch by decorating your masterpiece with glaze. You can choose from a variety of colors, all made with high-quality, food-safe, and non-toxic glazes.

week 4 - Enjoy Japanese dinner : Delight in Authentic Home Recipes "Seasonal" cuisine

A traditional Japanese meal will be prepared by a Japanese chef and myself. Enjoy a selection of authentic Japanese teas throughout the dinner.

Prices Eur 385 including 21% BTW

The price includes materials (one teapot and two cups), firing, and all meals and tea. Additional charges will apply for firing extra pieces, based on the size of the items.
