3 Weeks Course "Earth to Tea Time" February 2024

Weel 1 - Create Ceramic : 8th February 2024, Thursday (10:30-13:30)

Week 2 - Decorate Ceramic : 29th February 2024, Thursday (10:30-13:30)

Week 3 - Tea ceremony lesson : 7th March 2024, Thursday (10:30-13:30)

Embark on a unique journey as you delve into the ancient art of ceramics. In our workshop, you'll have the opportunity to shape your own tea ceremony utensils – from delicate cups to artistic plates and tea scoops. You'll unlock the secrets of brewing Gyokuro green tea with the very utensils you've crafted. Every movement, every gesture, becomes a symphony, harmonizing your creations with the timeless ritual, creating an unforgettable fusion of art and tradition.

Weel 1: Create You will create 1 or 2  utensils of cups, plates, tea scoop or coasters. ​

• Japanese homemade small lunch will be serve end of the course.

• Two pieces of material , firing and glazing are included.

• If you want to make more you are welcome with a small amount of fee will be charged you.

Time  10:30-13:30​

Week 2: Decorate You will decorate your creation with glaze

Week 3: Tea ceremony "Hatsutemae Sanpo" Oubaku Banisa Ryu.  You will learn how to brew Japanese Gyokuro Green tea.

*During whole courses authentic Japanese / Chinese tea will be served.
