The way of Tea

I gave 26 children from de Hovenschool in Deventer. Last March I gave zoom instructions to children “how to grow seeds with the recycled materials”. Each children made 30-40 newspaper cups and toilet paper roll cups. And they grow them inside until weather got warmer. In May we replace them to the corn field of farmer Klunder. @studioelmovermijs made the path for the artwork “The way of soil” for @ijsselbiennale in cornfield, we replace flower plants to the ground carefully. Now these flowers are blossoming amazingly! Children will pick those herb flowers up and I will give tea ceremony with those wild herbs to 26 children. And tea will be made with the flowers they grew.

Each one of children will get a instruction to create own cups or teapot using Japanese traditional puzzled wooden mould. I have more than 20 years experience to lead the workshop for disable children and youths.
